Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation: $45-$50 per hour, based on experience.
Relocation/Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 combined total to ease your transition with a service agreement.

Professional Development: $500 CME allowance to support your continuing education and skill development.

Qualifications

Degree: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Montana dental hygiene license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced professionals alike.
Work Authorization: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
